YAMAHA XT 600 E

Yamaha XT 600 E – 1997

For sale is my Yamaha XT 600 E, year 1997.

The motorcycle is running and fully rideable.

Work recently carried out:

* Complete fork service approximately 5,000 km ago
* Chain and sprocket replaced
* Front and rear brakes replaced before the MFK in 2024
* New battery (2026)

Since the last MFK in 2024, the Yamaha has only been ridden for around 2,000 km. The brake pads are therefore almost new.

The motorcycle was stored outside for an extended period, so it has some surface rust and general signs of use due to its age. The rust is mainly cosmetic.

The engine starts reliably and runs, although a carburetor cleaning would be recommended.

The RPM/rev counter has a broken part that needs to be replaced. I have the replacement part and will include it with the motorcycle.

I will also include engine oil and a new oil filter.

There are also a few loose/detached screws on the motorcycle. These were already like this when I received the bike, and I will of course give them to the buyer as well.

One key included.

I am selling the motorcycle because I bought another motorcycle and no longer need this one.
